Ingredients

- 150 gGround Almonds
- 100 gCaster Sugar
- 100 gSunflower Oil
- 100 gPlain Flour
- 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
- 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract
- Almonds for Garnish
Preparation
1- Preheat oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
2- Finely Grind the Almonds using a food processor, set aside.
3- Put the Egg, Caster Sugar and Sunflower Oil in a large bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
4- Add Ground Almonds, Flour, Baking Powder and Vanilla Extract, Mix again until well combined.
5- Take the dough and make some balls using your hands, each ball should weigh about 15 grams.
6- Arrange the balls on the prepared baking tray spaced apart each other, garnish each cookie by pushing a Almonds in the middle of the balls.
7- Bake the Almond Cookies for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
