- 1 Package of Puff Pastry
- 2 Eggs
- 50 gr Caster Sugar
- 50 gr Milk
- 100 gr Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Apples
1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; set aside a 9 inch cake pan, we’ll need it later.
2- Peel the Apples, chop them into same size slices then set them aside in a bowl with some drops of lemon juice.
3- Put Eggs, Milk and Caster Sugar in a bowl, mix the ingredients with a fork until smooth.
4- Add Plain Flour and Ground Cinnamon, mix again until smooth and well combined.
5- Line the cake pan with puff pastry and parchment paper, pour and level the mixture inside of it.
6- Arrange the apple slices overlapping in a concentric circle over the mixture then sprinkle with a handful of caster sugar.
7- Close the edges of puff pastry then Bake the Apple Cinnamon Puff Cake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
