Ingredients
- 1Egg
- 100 gCaster Sugar
- 100 gSunflower Oil
- 100 gMilk
- 120 gPlain Flour
- 120 gBuckwheat Flour
- 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
- 1 teaspoonGround Cinnamon
- 2Apples
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners, set aside.
2- Chop the Apples into small pieces by using chopping board and knife (usually i don’t peel them, at your choice) put them into a bowl with some drops of lemon juice, this will prevent them from becoming dark.
3- Put the Egg, Sunflower Oil, Milk, and Caster Sugar in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
4- Add Plain Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Baking Powder and Ground Cinnamon. Keep mixing until smooth and well combined.
5- Add the chopped Apples then mix until well combined.
6- Using two spoons, pour the mixture into the paper liners until two-thirds or a little bit more.
7- Bake the Buckwheat Flour Apple Muffin for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
