Ingredients
- 200 gDark Chocolate
- 200 gDigestive Biscuits
- 80 gMilk
- 180 gRoasted Hazelnuts
- Cocoa Powder and Chopped Hazelnuts for Garnish
Preparation
1- Set aside a 7-8 inches springform cake pan, we’ll need it later. If you want to use a container that cannot be opened laterally, remember to line it with plastic film.
2- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat.
3- Grind the biscuits using a food processor or by crushing them in a plastic bag.
4- Roughly Chop the Hazelnuts using a cutting board and a knife or a food processor.
5- Pour the hazelnuts, Biscuits and Dark Chocolate into a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon or a spatula until well combined.
6- Pour the milk then keep mixing until well combined or until you get a mixture that tends to come off the walls of the bowl.
7- Compact the mixture inside the cake pan using the back of a spoon.
8- Place the No Bake Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake in the freezer for at least 3 hours, garnish with chocolate chips, cocoa powder, toasted hazelnuts, etc.
