No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake

The No Bake Chocolate Mousse cake is a breezy and easy to make recipe, perfect for summer days but even for winter days if you want. To prepare it we will only need 3 ingredients: Whipping Cream, Condensed milk and Dark Chocolate. You can personalize your mousse cake if you want, by adding some chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts to the mixture for example. Let’s see the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 350 gWhipping Cream
  • 150 gCondensed Milk
  • 200 gDark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake

    1- Set aside a 7-8 inches springform cake pan, we’ll need it later.

  2. 2- Melt the Chocolate in the microwave and leave to cool.

  3. 3- Whip the cream until thick, in a large bowl using a hand mixer.

  4. No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake

    4- Add the Condensed Milk, mix again until smooth.

  5. 5- Add the Dark Chocolate (not so warm now) then mix again until creamy.

  6. 6- Pour the mixture into the cake pan then level with the back of a spoon or a spatula.

  7. No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake

    7- Place the No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake into the fridge for at least 3 hours.
