The No Bake Peach Cheesecake is an easy to make, delicious and creamy summer cake, perfect for every time of the day. We can personalize it by using our favorite biscuits to make the crust, or we can add some ingredients to the filling, such as chocolate chips or feast berries. Let’s see the recipe!

Ingredients
- 250 gDigestive Biscuits
- 125 gUnsalted Butter
- 300 gCream Cheese
- 200 gWhipping Cream
- 100 gCaster Sugar
- 2Ripe Peaches
Preparation

2- Peel the Peaches and cut them into small pieces, set aside.
3- Grind the biscuits using a food processor or by crushing them in a plastic bag.
4- Melt the Butter, pour it into a bowl, add the ground biscuits then mix the ingredients using a spoon, set aside.
5- Whip the Cream until Thick, in a large bowl using a hand mixer.
6- In another bowl mix together the Cream Cheese, Sugar and Peaches using a spoon.
7- Add the cream to the cheese mixture, stirring slowly with a spatula until well combined.
8- Pour the crumble mixture in the cake pan, form the crust by pressing well using the back of a spoon.
9- Spread the cheese mixture onto the crust, then level it using the back of a spoon.
10- Place the No Bake Peach Cheesecake into the freezer for at least 3 hours.
