The No Bake Yogurt Nutella Cake is a delicious yoghurt fresh cake to which we’ve added a layer of nutella on the surface. You can personalize the cake by using your favorites biscuits to prepare the crust or by adding some extra ingredients to the yoghurt filling, such as chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts or walnuts. Ingredients
- 250 gDigestive Biscuits
- 125 gUnsalted Butter
- 300 gWhipping Cream
- 100 gIcing Sugar
- 300 gWhite Yogurt
- q.s.Some Spoons of Nutella
Preparation
1- Set aside a 8-9 inches springform cake pan, we’ll need it later.
2- Grind the biscuits using a food processor or crushing them in a plastic bag.
3- Melt the Butter, pour it into a bowl, add the ground biscuits then mix the ingredients using a spoon, set aside.
4- Whip the Cream until thick, in a large bowl using a hand mixer. Add the Yogurt then keep mixing at slower speed until well combined, add the Icing Sugar then mix until creamy.
5- Pour the biscuits mixture into the springform cake pan, form the crust by pressing well using the back of a spoon.
6- Spread the yoghurt mixture on the crust, then level it using the back of a spoon.
7- Pour some generous spoonfuls of Nutella into a bowl, heat in the microwave for a few seconds until creamy. Spread it over the cream then level it using the back of a spoon or a spatula.
8- Refrigerate the No Bake Yogurt Nutella Cake for at least 3 hours, or overnight if possible.
