The White Chocolate Hazelnuts Tiramisù is a reinterpretation of the famous Italian dessert. We are going to keep some ingredients such as ladyfingers and coffee but we are going to add some others, such as white chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Let’s see the recipe!

- 20Ladyfingers Biscuits
- 2 cupsCoffee
- 3Egg Yolks
- 3Egg Whites
- 50 gCaster Sugar
- 100 gChopped Hazelnuts
- 250 gMascarpone Cream Cheese
- 200 gWhite Chocolate
- q.s.White Chocolate Chips
1- Set aside a 9 x 7 inch baking pan/dish, we’ll need it later.
2- Make the Coffee, leave to cool.
3- Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave and leave to cool too.
4- Chop the Hazelnuts using a cutting board and a knife or a food processor, set aside.
5- Whip the Egg Yolks and the Sugar until thick and whitish, in a large bowl using a hand mixer.
6- Add the Mascarpone then mix again until smooth.
7- Add the melted White Chocolate, keep mixing until creamy.
8- Take the baking pan than form the first layer of Ladyfingers by quickly soaking them in the coffee, pour half of the cream and level it using the back of a spoon, distribute over it half of the chopped hazelnuts.
9- Repeat the process, decorate the surface with the remaining Chopped Hazelnuts and a small handful of White Chocolate Drops.
10- Place the White Chocolate Hazelnut Tiramisù into the fridge for at least 3 hours.
