Ingredients
- 2Eggs
- 80 gSunflower Oil
- 120 gCaster Sugar
- 125 gWhite Yogurt
- 200 gPlain Flour
- 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
- 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract (or similar)
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F, line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners, set aside.
2- Put the Eggs, Sugar, Sunflower Oil and White Yogurt into a large bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon or a fork until smooth.
3- Add the Flour, Baking Powder and Vanilla Extract, keep mixing with a spoon until well combined.
4- Using two spoons, put the mixture into the paper liners until two-thirds or a little bit more. Garnish with Pearl Sugar.
5- Bake the Yogurt Muffin for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
