The 5-Minutes Almond Coffee Cake is one of the easiest, delicious and fastest cakes you can prepare in 10 minutes. It is a fluffy cake with Almonds and Coffee, perfect for every moment of the day, especially for breakfast and snack times. In order to make it we will only use a large bowl, a spoon and a mixer to grind almonds, nothing else. We can customize the cake in a thousand different ways, adding ingredients to the final mixture, such as chocolate chips or a drop of rum-like liqueur. Let’s see the recipe!

- 150 gCaster Sugar
- 100 gCoffee
- 50 gMilk
- 100 gSunflower Oil
- 150 gPlain Flour
- 100 gGround Almonds
- 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
- 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract (or similar)
1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180C; Line a from-7-to-9-inches springform cake pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray, set aside.
2- Prepare the Coffee and leave to cool. Finely grind the Almonds using a food processor, set aside.
3- Put the Eggs, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Milk and Coffee in a large bowl.
4- Mix the ingredients by using a fork or a spoon until smooth.
5- Add the Plain Flour, Ground Almonds, Baking Powder and Vanilla Extract.
6- Keep mixing until well combined, pour the mixture into the cake pan.
7- Bake the 5-Minutes Almond Coffee Cake for about 45 minutes (7 inch) to 35 minutes (9 inch) or however until a skewed inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
