Flourless Ricotta Cake

The Flourless Ricotta Cake is a quick-to-make and delicious sweet, perfect for breakfast and dessert both. In order to make the Flourless Ricotta Cake we will only use a large bowl and a hand mixer, nothing more. Ingredients

  • 3Eggs
  • 150 gCaster Sugar
  • 500 gRicotta
  • 100 gChocolate Chips
  • q.s.Extra Ingredients (grated orange zest, vanilla extract etc.)

Preparation

  1. Flourless Ricotta Cake

    1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a 7 inch springform cake pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray or butter, Set aside.

  2. 2- Put Eggs and Sugar in a large bowl, whip the ingredients until soft and whitish, by using a hand mixer at max speed for about five minutes.

  3. 3- Add Ricotta then mix again at slower speed until creamy and well combined.

  4. Flourless Ricotta Cake

    4- Add Chocolate Chips, mix again until well combined.

  5. 5- Pour the mixture into the cake pan. Bake the Flourless Ricotta Cake for about 50 minutes.
