The 5-Minutes Blueberry Hazelnut Cake is a delicious and super easy to make recipe, perfect for the end of summer. Ingredients
- 2Eggs
- 100 gSunflower Oil
- 150 gMilk
- 150 gCaster Sugar
- 200 gPlain Flour
- 150 gRoasted Hazelnuts
- 150 gFresh Blueberry
- 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
- 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract (or similar)
- Chopped Hazelnuts for Garnish
Preparation
1- Line a from 7 to 10 inch springform cake pan with some parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray, set aside. Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F.
2- Finely grind the Hazelnuts using a food processor, cut each Blueberry in a half (optional), set aside.
3- Put the Eggs, Sunflower Oil, Milk and Sugar in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spoon or a fork until get a smooth liquid.
4- Add Plain Flour, Ground Hazelnuts, Baking Powder and Vanilla Extract, keep mixing until smooth and well combined.
5- Add the Blueberries too, mix until well combined.
6- Pour the mixture into the cake pan, garnish with a handful of Chopped Hazelnuts.
7- Bake the 5-Minutes Blueberry Hazelnuts Cake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
