Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 150 gr Caster Sugar
- 80 gr Sunflower Oil
- 100 gr Dark Chocolate (melted)
- 150 gr Plain Flour
- 20 gr Cocoa Powder
- 50 gr Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
2- Melt the Dark Chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat, leave to cool.
3- Put the Egg, Sunflower Oil and Caster Sugar in a large bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
4- Add the dark Chocolate, mix again until well combined and smooth.
5- Add the Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking Powder, keep mixing until obtain a smooth dough.
6- Add the Chocolate Chips then mix again.
7- Make dough balls of about 20 grams each by using the hands. Place them on the baking tray slightly apart from each other.
8- Bake the Double Chocolate Cookies for about 10 minutes. Don’t worry if they look too soft, they will get crunchy once they will be completely cool.
