Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 150 gr Caster Sugar
  • 80 gr Sunflower Oil
  • 100 gr Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • 150 gr Plain Flour
  • 20 gr Cocoa Powder
  • 50 gr Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

  1. Double Chocolate Cookies

    1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.

  2. 2- Melt the Dark Chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat, leave to cool.

  3. 3- Put the Egg, Sunflower Oil and Caster Sugar in a large bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth.

  4. 4- Add the dark Chocolate, mix again until well combined and smooth.

  5. Double Chocolate Cookies

    5- Add the Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking Powder, keep mixing until obtain a smooth dough.

  6. 6- Add the Chocolate Chips then mix again.

  7. 7- Make dough balls of about 20 grams each by using the hands. Place them on the baking tray slightly apart from each other.

  8. 8- Bake the Double Chocolate Cookies for about 10 minutes. Don’t worry if they look too soft, they will get crunchy once they will be completely cool.
