The Easy Plum Cake is the perfect sweet for inaugurate the autumn season. In order to make it we will only need a large bowl, a fork, a spoon and a knife, nothing more. You can customize your own cake by adding some ingredients to the final mixture, such as another kinds of season fruit or a spoon of liquor. Let’s see the Recipe!

Ingredients
- 100 gUnsalted Butter
- 180 gCaster Sugar
- 1Egg
- 100 gMilk
- 200 gPlain Flour
- 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
- 1 teaspoonGround Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoonGround Nutmeg
- Caster Sugar for Garnish
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a 9 inch springform cake pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray, set aside.
2- Wash the Plums and cut each one into 6 slices, set aside.
3- Soften the butter by heating it in the microwave, pour it into a large bowl with the sugar. Mix the ingredients with a fork until smooth.
4- Add the Egg, keep mixing until well combined.
5- Add the Plain Flour, Milk, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Nutmeg, mix again until smooth.
6- Pour the mixture into the cake pan, level it using the back of a spoon or a spatula.
7- Arrange the slices of Plum on the surface of the cake as shown in the photo, sprinkle with a handful of Sugar.
8- Bake the Easy Plum Cake for about 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
