Fluffy Hazelnut Cake

  • 3Eggs
  • 130 gCaster Sugar
  • 130 gPlain Flour
  • 150 gRoasted Ground Hazelnuts
  • 60 gSunflower Oil
  • 80 gMilk
  • 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
  • 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract (or similar)


  1. 1- Preheat the oven to 525°F/180C; Line a 7 inch springform cake pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray, set aside.

  2. 2- Finely Grind the Hazelnuts using a food processor, set aside.

  3. 3- Whip the Eggs and Sugar until soft and whitish, in a large bowl using a hand mixer, it will take about 5 minutes at max speed.

  4. 4- Add the Sunflower Oil and Milk, mix again at slower speed until well combined.

  5. 5- Add the Flour, Ground Hazelnuts, Vanilla Extract and Baking Powder, keep mixing until smooth.

  6. 6- Pour the mixture into the cake pan. Bake the Fluffy Hazelnut Cake for about 45 minutes of until a skewer insert in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
