Eggless Almond Cake

The Eggless Almond Cake is a very easy and quick to make dessert, it’s light but tasty! In order to make it we will only use a large bowl, a spoon or a fork and a food processor to grind the Almonds (or we can use almond flour). We can customize the Cake in a thousand different ways, by adding some extra ingredients to the final mixture such as chocolate chips, ground cinnamon etc. Let’s see the recipe!

  • 300 gr Water or Milk
  • 150 gr Caster Sugar
  • 100 gr Sunflower Oil
  • 200 gr Ground Almonds
  • 200 gr Plain Flour
  • The Grated Zest of a Lemon or a Orange
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder


  1. Eggless Almond Cake

    1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a from-7to-9 inch springform cake pan with parchment paper, set aside.

  2. 2- Grind the Almonds by using a food processor, set aside.

  3. 3- Put Water, Sunflower Oil and Caster Sugar in a large bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon of a fork.

  4. Eggless Almond Cake

    4- Add Plain Flour, Ground Almonds, Baking Powder and Lemon Zest.

  5. 5- Mix all the ingredients with a fork or a spoon until smooth and well combined.

  6. 6- Pour the mixture into the cake pan. Bake the Eggless Almond Cake for about 45 minutes or until a skewed inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
