- 2 Eggs
- 100 gr Caster Sugar
- 70 gr Sunflower Oil
- 200 gr Finely Grated Almonds
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2-3 Apples
1- Preheat the oven to 325°F/180°C; Line a 7 inch springform cake pan with parchment paper, set aside.
2- Finely grind the almonds by using a food processor, peel the Apples then chop them into small pieces, set everything aside.
3- Put Eggs, Sunflower Oil and Sugar in a large bowl, mix the ingredients for few moments by using a fork or a spoon.
4- Add the Ground Almonds, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Vanilla Extract, keep mixing until smooth and well combined.
5- Add the chopped Apples, mix again until well combined.
6- Pour the mixture into the cake pan. Bake the Flourless Apple Almond Cake for about 45-50 minutes or until a skewed inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
