- 200 gr Biscuits
- 200 gr Almonds
- 180 gr Milk
- 200 gr Dark Chocolate
1- Let’s get started the preparation of the No-Bake Chocolate Almond Cake by keeping aside a 7-8 inches springform cake pan, we’ll need it later.
2- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan on the fire, keep aside.
3- Finely chop the biscuits and almonds by using a mixer.
4- Pour these two ingredients into a large bowl together with the melted chocolate.
5- Mix the ingredients by using a spoon, we should get a mixture of crumbs but homogeneous.
6- Add the milk then keep stirring until a homogeneous and soft mixture is obtained.
7- Pour and compact the mixture inside the cake pan by using the back of a spoon.
8- Store the No-Bake Chocolate Almond Cake in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Garnish as desired.
