Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 6Ripe Peaches
  • 120 gUnsalted Butter
  • 110 gPlain Flour
  • 150 gCaster Sugar
  • 70 gOat Flakes

Preparation

  1. Peach Crumble

    1- Preheat oven to 390°F/200°C

  2. 2- Set aside a baking pan/dish suitable for 8 people, or some single serving little bowls, we’ll need it later.

  3. 3- Peel the Peaches and cut them into thin slices using a cutting board and a knife.

  4. Peach Crumble

    4- Put the Peaches inside the pan or bowls for 2/3 of their capacity, then level well.

  5. 5- Mix together the Butter, Sugar, Flour and Oat Flakes in a medium-size bowl using your hands, we should get a mixture that crumbles easily.

  6. 6- Spread the mixture over the peaches until well covered, making it fall on them and never compact the mixture with your hands.

  7. Peach Crumble

    7- Bake the Peach Crumble at 390°F/200°C. It will take about 15-20 minutes for the bowls and about 30-40 minutes for the large baking dish.
